1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (and 21+ where required by applicable law) to use the Service. By using Pre Whistle you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Not betting advice

Pre Whistle produces confidence-rated estimates generated by statistical Monte Carlo simulations. Predictions are probabilistic model outputs, not guaranteed outcomes. Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and is not betting, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. 3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans grant access to additional features. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Referrals

Referral rewards are provided at our discretion and subject to any program rules we publish. We may modify or discontinue the referral program, and may withhold rewards obtained through fraud or abuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Scrape, copy, or resell our predictions or data without permission;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Abuse promotions, referrals, or free-tier limits.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, content, and branding, is owned by Pre Whistle and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pre Whistle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on predictions or use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
